Product Description:

 

Adopted with modified epoxy resin and composite materials, XQ-IME Injection Anchoring Adhesive is a two-component, Styrene Free system for use as a high strength, non-shrink anchor grouting material. Its advantage on steel bar planting has been proved by many testimonies. Compares with other adhesive, it is a new high performance, Eco-friendly anchoring adhesive which has strong bonding strength and high efficiency as well as irritation free and low odor.

  • High bonding strength, good flexible performance similar as embedded.
  • Ageing resistance, good heat tolerance and does not creep at ambient temperature;
  • Low sensitivity in moist condition with long term load stability;

Processing Method

1 Tools

  • Electric hammer
  • Hole cleaning brush
  • Air compressor
  • Glue gun

2 Attention

  • Drill as per requested hole dia. and depth
  • Clean the hole completely
  • Inject from the bottom of the hole and pull out the gun slowly.
  • After planting the bar, let the gel harden in still.

 

  • Processing Flow

     Drilling: As per technical data

     Cleaning: using pump or compressed air and brush to clean the hole completely.

    Assembling and Injection: Mount the static mixer onto the bottle, push out some incomplete mixed gel at the front part,then inject from the          bottom of the hole, to fill 1/2 to 2/3 depth of the hole.

    Bar planting: spin slowly the bar or screw into the hole, adjust up and down for several times to make the gel average, but don’t touch it during hardening time.

    Curing and Maintenance: According to the temperature of the base materials, give enough time to harden and start to load mounting until it        hardened completely.
